I am working with a teacher to troubleshoot the Grade Passback from Canvas to Synergy (SIS). We keep getting an error message that reads, "Cannot read property 'assignment_group_id' of undefined." Does anyone know what this means? I figured this was because the assignment categories did not match from Canvas to Synergy, but this was not the case. I also noticed that she has 2 additional categories in her Canvas class, but they contain assignments that are not published and not enabled for sync as well as the categories are worth 0 weight of overall grade. Any ideas?
