I am looking into alternative ways to implement similar functionality to what is offered by Canvas Catalog that may be cheaper (subscribing to one or more courses, etc). Would handling payments and subscriptions be a viable use case of an LTI App? if not, I think I will have to resort to creating a custom server that integrates a third-party subscription service and performs canvas API requests, but being a separate service outside of Canvas feels wrong and I am worried about it driving users away.
