Regarding Canvas Catalog:  Is it possible to email students a copy of the certificate if for some reason they don't get the email following course completion?

Yes, an admin can download it for them from the completion reports as long as they have completed the requirements for the modules.

Hi Jessica, thanks this is so helpful.  How/where do you access the completion reports?  We are new to canvas catalog.

If you login as an admin under your name in upper right-hand corner then select analytics. You will see a completion tab all of the way to the right to download the certificate.
