Hello all,
I’ve had this problem all day where both my IMac and MacBook Pro both display this huge image of the dashboard. I can’t do anything whatsoever. If I click on something, it doesn’t load. I need to fix this ASAP as I’m taking all online classes due to Covid-19. Right now is not the time to be having technical difficulties. If someone knows how to resolve this, please let me know. I did some snooping and no; my page isn’t zoomed in, I’ve cleared my history from both computers, and yes, I’ve restarted them both. This is an issue with both google and safari, no clue what it could be.
Hi Alex -
I know that this can be frustrating. Have you tried the suggestions included in What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'!? Is your browser up-to-date and included on the supported browsers list?
If you can, I recommend that you install the Canvas Student app on your phone in the meantime. It will keep you connected!
Hello Kristin,
Yes, I took a look at that article and nothing has helped. Both of my web browsers are supported and up-to-date. I already have the canvas app on my phone, and while useful, I have unpleasant experiences on the app. I have an upcoming test tomorrow and I would much rather use my computer if I can (due to scrolling and possibly clicking on a different answer on an already answered question. Which has happened before.). Thank you.
