I am not getting any messages in my inbox in Canvas. How can I fix this?

 @michellels1979 , greetings! If you are sure that people are messaging you through the Canvas Inbox and you are not receiving them, then you would want to contact Canvas Support. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
