[ARCHIVED] Canvas Student App showing assignment submitted but not in Teacher

I have several students who are suppose to be submitting pics of their notes to me with a file upload. They are showing me that the student app says Submitted but the submission isn't showing up in the teacher version. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem.  I submitted 2 pdf files, one after the other, both show on my end as submitted. The teacher says she can only see the first file.  This is a problem.
