[ARCHIVED] Canvas Student iPad App - Not Displaying .PNG (picture) Files

Hey, everyone! We just did the iOS update on the iPad to 14.0.1 and after that, all of the .PNG images in the Canvas iPad Student App no longer load. Has anyone else seen this issue? They load fine in Safari, Chrome, etc... it's only in the Canvas App on the iPad they will not load. 

Any ideas?

Canvas Student Version 6.9.4 was released recently and had the following update: 

- Added an option to Settings to allow cross-website tracking to temporarily fix images not loading in rich content

You can access this setting through iOS Setting > Student.

Do you know if this solves this issue?

Turning on "allow cross-website tracking" works for this user.

Where do you change this setting?  In the app?  If so, where would the student go?

We have had the same issues, and have recommended the "allow cross-website tracking". Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. We have been informed by support that this should be fixed at the next app update, but since we are totally virtual now and are 1:1 K-2 with iPads this is becoming a big issues. Is there any indication when the next app updated will be released and / or if there are any other workarounds?
