You posted this question in a global community of Canvas users that don't have access to your specific institution to know the answer. It can be answered by your local Canvas administrator.
However, this question you can probably answer it yourself by going into Canvas and looking around.
Do you have "Studio" in your global navigation menu, your course navigation menu, or on the Rich Content Editor? Is it under Settings > Apps > View Configurations? If so, then it is enabled. If it is not in any of those places, then you do not have it enabled.

now scroll through the list looking for Studio.
