[ARCHIVED] Canvas Teacher App not recognizing all grades
I'm trying to use the new #canvasteacher_ios app to grade submissions from my students. It shows my rubric, allows me to tap the score and move on. However, when I hit done, it shows a small percentage of the assignments graded. For instance, I tried to grade 29 assignments, and it shows 13/29 graded after I worked through all of them. Why is this happening?
Hi @sball1 ~ I'm sorry that your question remained unanswered for nearly two months! Since you posted, Canvas Teacher Release Notes (iOS 1.2) has been announced. With the updated OS and app, the "bug" shouldn't be an issue any longer. If that's not the case, please reply! ...and submit an official ticket ( How do I get help with the Teacher app on my iOS device?) so Instructure can be aware of the issue and possibly group it with other tickets they've received.
