[ARCHIVED] Canvas Uploaded an Outdated Version of my file

For a major assignment, I checked repeatedly if the assignment I was submitting was the correct file. I even used the "view" feature to confirm,  yet the file In Canvas shows an outdated file.  This screenshot is what I mean by the view feature. Help/Fix needed, thank you.

Hello  @ericnguyen575 ...

I see that you posted a very similar question within two hours of posting this question.  So, what I'm going to do is to lock this question and direct people over to the first question...so that we don't have two separate conversations going on about the same thing.  For people reading this question, please direct your comments to: File Submission Error.
