Hello  and Happy Tuesday!

Only limited students can have access to my canvas course.

I want to provide teachers with a link to my Canvas course, on their canvas course, to these students.

Where do I find the link of my canvas course so I can copy and to provide another teacher so they can to attach to their canvas course for limited students?

Hi,  @clare_r_singer , and welcome to the Canvas Community! Only users who are enrolled in a course can view the content in that course, so providing other teachers the URL to your course in the hope that they can provide their students with that link isn't going to accomplish what it sounds like you're hoping to accomplish. 

If your goal is to share the course content with one or more teachers, you have options: 

• Export the course content to an .imscc file and send the export package to those teachers so they can import the content into their own courses. How do I export a Canvas course? provides the instructions.
• Share the course content to Canvas Commons and find the direct link to share with other teachers. How do I share a course to Commons? details how an instructor can share a course for others to find.

Keep in mind that your district manages course enrollments on behalf of its teachers and students, so if you need other teachers to access your course directly, they will need to be enrolled in your course, and your district eLearning department can help with that.

Hi  @clare_r_singer ‌, thanks for your question. 

I hope I have understood you correctly. But here goes.

When you are in your own Canvas course the URL at the very top is what you are after. This can be put into the other course for people to link to yours. 

However, keep in mind that people can only access your course if they are alsready in yours. So they will need to be enrolled in both.

However, you can also create a self enrol link https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12649-421473674 which is probably what will work best for your instance. KEEP IN MIND that depending on how your classes have been set up by your instituion this may not work.

You did understand my question and have answered thoroughly.

My course is limited to only some students who are eligible. I want the teacher to post a link on their canvas course so those specific students can access directly from the teachers course instead of having to go back and forth to my course. I will provide teachers my course link as directed.
