Hi,
I'm a newbie to Canvas, and I've already gotten lots of questions answered on the community -- wanted to give back a little since I happen to also have an iPad 4 hanging around.I tried both Chrome and Safari with similar results when logging into my teacher account.
- Login works fine
- I can access: Account info and Courses.
- Courses: The course list looks fine, but when entering a course, the content isn't complete - my home page doesn't look right, and I can't see any of my assignments among other issues.
- Dashboard: where course tiles should be are blinking grey blank tiles that don't do anything when pressed.
- Calendar: seems to try to load, but nothing comes up.
- Inbox: goes to a white screen
- Commons: goes to a white screen
At this point, I quit. Clearly, lots of things don't work right. Hopefully, someone who knows the tech details can help you out here - but at least I can confirm that it isn't just your device. :smileysilly:
When I first logged in, I got a banner announcement suggesting using the iPad app. Have you tried that approach?
