Can speed grader capitalize the first letter when using voice recorder? It sure makes it less speedy.

Hi Julie,
I love the voice recognition feature in SpeedGrader, but it's actually not a Canvas feature. I think it's using a system developed by Google and that is why it only works in the Chrome web browser. Having said that, I think whenever I use it it does capitalize the first word and as long as I speak punctuation like "period" at the end of a sentence, it starts the next word as a capital letter. But now testing I see that the very first word is lower case. Very weird. But I did find a work around. When using this feature saying "new line" or "new paragraph" will do just that. So if you start your dictation by saying "new line", it skips a line but then starts with a capital letter.
So I don't know if this really is a Canvas issue or Google. If you use the Canvas mobile apps I'm fairly certain it uses the phone's built in text recognition so that might even behave a little differently.
