When I click on the link to Cengage from Canvas, there is an error saying "The Course resources are not currently available because the instructor has not yet completed the course setup". Trying to reach their customer support but they still asking for the key code and my instructor does not have it. Does anyone have the same issue with Cengage like me?

The error message is coming from Cengage rather than Canvas, and it indicates that there's a problem on the instructor's end. In Canvas, the link points to a course in Cengage, and the instructor appears not to have set that Cengage course up right. So, it's almost certainly something that is out of your control to fix as a student, and will probably require the instructor to work with Cengage to get it fixed.
