Is there a way to change the default size of the rich content editor for our account? Our online team and faculty all find it quite small and find it an extra step to resize the window every time.

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for a few months without a response. In the New RCE, there should be a "View" menu where users can see everything in "full screen" mode. The keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+F lets you toggle in and out of this view. (Or, you can also hit "Esc" on your keyboard to exit out of "full screen" mode.
