[ARCHIVED] Chat tool missing in Navigation Linking

Instructor is trying to embed a link to the Chat on a Page. When the instructor edit Pages, choose Insert>Course Links>Navigation, neither Concourse Syllabus nor Chat show up in the list to embed. Is there a way to get those to show on the Course Navigation list?
Both are enabled in the Course Navigation.

One way would be to copy the URL of the Chat item that is in the course navigation, and then paste that into the Page the instructor is working on. Right-click on the Chat link and choose "Copy Link Address" (your browser may use different wording). Chat is an "external tool", meaning it's not part of Canvas the way Assignments or Quizzes are. As such, it's technically not a course link and so does not appear in the Insert menu choices.
