[ARCHIVED] Collaborations Error Message

When my students try to open an Office 365 collaboration I created for them, they get an error message.  Is there something else I need to do so they can access the file?

Hi  @tgustafson  Thank You for your question. I have been stuck with this one before also.

I have found that those who get that error need to login to Office.com first. This seems to trigger some sort of magic behind the scenes. 

Works a treat.

One other thing that could be a challenge is the students need to update their browser. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en 

Collaborations are great, it's well worth pursuing.
