[ARCHIVED] Completed Enrollments

Good afternoon.  I'm hoping someone can help me.  We have a sub-account that is acting differently than our others.  We mark students enrollments as completed when they are ended mid-term.  This is normally not a problem, but at one of our sub-accounts, these students are still getting notifications of activity in that course.  I was hoping that someone here might know of a setting that may be causing this.
