I set up a scheduled meeting in ConferZoom, but the student view shows an error on that page. Missing profile info.
Any idea of what this means? I haven't had this problem before.

ConferZoom is a conferencing tool exclusively used by the California Community College system, so this incident is going to be difficult for our global community to help troubleshoot. The Web Conferencing Resources document provides a link to ConferZoom help resources that might get you closer to a solution; if it doesn't, use the appropriate option on your help menu to ask a Canvas support agent to have a look.
