[ARCHIVED] Conference button not showing up

I have it set so student Navigation bar includes the conference button, but it isn't showing up for students.

Hi,  @47677 , even after the instructor enables a link in the course navigation, it will not display to students until it also contains content—so most likely once you've created your first conference, the link will display in students' view.

I'm having the same issue as Rita, but I had loaded a conference up to be ready for my kids and they couldn't see the button to join me. 

I can't see it in my Student View either, even though I have the conference open in another tab. It's definitely running. 

I did just recently Crosslist my classes so that I could meet with all of my students during the COVID closure, so if that has something to do with it, I'd appreciate some help.

 @sarah_donahoe , would you ask Canvas Support to have a look at that course? How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?‌ provides general instructions, but some schools have customized their help menus, in which case use the support pathway defined by the school.
