Okay Michael Arocho, I hope this question is more specific for you.  I figured out how to create a quiz in Canvas (eLearn was much easier) but now I can't figure out where to add the answers to my 10 questions.

Hi  @barbara_norell ...

I am assuming that you are referencing your other question, New Quiz.  I replied to you this morning with some additional links to video tutorials about Quizzes and New Quizzes (depending on which version you are using).  When you build your questions for your quiz, you will also have the option (depending on the question types) to supply answers to those questions (or if they are multiple choice, for example, possible answers that are ultimately incorrect).
