[ARCHIVED] Creating a quiz using a word document

I would like help creating a quiz. I usually import the questions from Blackborad 6,7, 8, but for this particular assessment the quiz is a word document. Is there a way other than manually typing each question or cutting and pasting each question in the add new question portion of the quiz?

Erin,

I did find an answer to my question but you have to have Respondus and use a specific format. I can send you the instructions that were shared with me if you want. I haven't used it yet but plan for subsequent semesters.

Thank you so much! I'm currently using a loaned laptop from the college I teach at so since I don't have administrative controls I can't download the program. I put in a request to IT with my fingers crossed.

No problem, I'm in a similar situation. I'm using my personal laptop and although I am technically supposed to be able to access my desktop remotely, there is an issue with my password so I'll have to resolve that with the help of I.T. Then I would have Respondus and be able to possibly use the instructions I shared about creating a quiz using a Word document.
