Hi, Brian,
Does your dashboard show no courses? Or is it displaying an error? It's possible that if it's not showing any courses, your institution prefers that you not see any courses until the course or term date has started. If your course or term date has started and you feel like you should be seeing courses, definitely reach out to get help per the links Priscilla provided for you and let's see what's going on!
