My teacher was uploading an assignment to canvas and her screen went blank so she can not access the data how can we fix it?

Welcome  @amille7351  to the Community.  I'm assuming you both refreshed the browser.  Was it, by chance, a Google assignment?  I've seen others on the Community mention having an error with Google assignments today.
