[ARCHIVED] Deleted email on Canvas re-appears after a few hours

Recently, I made a new email which I wanted to use for school so I deleted my old email off of canvas but my old email always re-appears in my settings after a few hours. Now I'm getting email notifications on both 2 emails

I've deleted my old email off my account at least 4 times now and it's always in my settings again the next day

I wonder if there is something going on at your school where there is a process in place from your school's IT department to push enrollments through each day.  This is really just speculation on my part, but you'd need to verify this with people at your school to be sure.  It would be best to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department.  They should be able to help troubleshoot this issue with you.  Good luck!  Take care, stay safe, and be well.
