Deleting Questions
1) How do I delete or remove courses, modules, quizzes, etc. that I imported from common share? I no longer want to use them
2) How can I delete multiple items instead of one at a time? Can I remove multiple pages, quizzes, modules, assignments, discussions, files, etc.?
Help Please
Hi @rsimpson2 Welcome to the Canvas Community!
In order to address your question about deleting multiple items at the same time, I'd like to introduce you to some Canvas script tools (called Canvancements - Canvas Enhancements )
Adjust All Assignments + Files
Meanwhile, depending on your user role (admin, teacher, etc), you should be able to delete courses:
How do I delete a course as an instructor?
How do I delete a course in an account as an admin?
Hope these resources are helpful and remember you can always search the community and guides.
Cheers - Shar
Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!
If you need to delete a course and you have permission to How do I delete a course as an instructor?
How do I delete a file or folder as an instructor?
Unfortunately, you cannot delete multiple items at the same time other than Files. With Files, you can select multiple files to delete by holding down the CTL key (PC) or Command key (Mac) and then clicking on the files you want to select. You can then click the trashcan icon at the top to delete those files.
If you want to venture into the world of Canvancements, you can look at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-5676 .
