Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. Last evening, I helped another student at a different school who had a similar question to yours. Please check out my response at Why do I have old classes and old online counselor icons on my dashboards?. If you can get in contact with someone at your school such as a local Canvas administrator or someone in your school's Online Learning/eLearning department, that will be the best route for you to take. I had tried searching your school's website, but I was unable to locate a helpful page that included some contact info for you (I may have overlooked what I was searching for, though).
