[ARCHIVED] Deploying Canvas to Heroku

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate section for this (I cross-posted with Canvas Developers), but I'll just put it out there.

We're trying to deploy the open source version of Canvas on Heroku. It seems that others (in the Google group) have had difficulty with this in the past.

I'm just curious, has anyone been able to successfully deploy Canvas to Heroku? If so, do you have any tips?

We are giving the Canvas Admins area a little bit of love (especially questions that are really, really old) and just want to check in with you.  This will also bring this question new attention.
