Hello,

I have completed the course "Best Practices for Biomedical Research Data Management" on Canvas Network.

It said that the pdf version of the certificate has been sent to your email, but I haven't received the certification to my email yet.

Please advise.

I am not very experienced with Canvas Catalog, but I was looking in this guide and it seems you can also download a certificate from the course itself. The email link is extra. I hope this helps! How do I view the certificate of completion for a Catalog course or program?

Hi Adam,

Thank you for your response. 

There isn't any option to download a certificate from the course.

I tried to find how do I file a ticket, but there isn't any option for that as well.

Meanwhile, I haven't sent a message to the instructor about this as that was the only option available in the Help Tab.

Certificates are issued by the provider of the course—not by Canvas. If you're not able to reach the course facilitator or instructor directly, please contact the institution that offered the Canvas Network course to investigate the whereabouts of the certificate.
