[ARCHIVED] Difficulty with sharing "New Quizzes"

I'm having difficulty sharing "new quizzes" back and forth with colleagues after they have been edited. Once shared, it never updates even though we rename it and re-share it. We have tried to load it into Commons but we are also having difficulty bringing the "new quiz" into the course. We do not have this problem sharing any other type of content. Please Help!
