I cannot access the Discussion option. Please help me.

Can you please tell us more about your question?  Are you a student?  An instructor?  Do you see the "Discussions" course navigation button on the left hand side of your course?  If you are an instructor, does the "Discussions" course navigation button have a crossed-out eye icon next to it?  Any additional details would be really helpful.  Thanks Thomas.  Be well, and stay safe.
