Generally, no.
If you're talking about in the Rich Content Editor, then no. But Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Cmd+Z (Mac) are undo keyboard shortcuts.
If you're talking about undoing changes once they have been committed to Canvas, there are some places where you can recover information. This is a quick and probably incomplete list.
- If you accidentally delete some things, you may be able to recover them by adding /undelete to the end of your course homepage.
- Every content pages has a revision history
- The gradebook has a Gradebook History that shows when changes were made and by whom.
- You can also visit your beta instance of Canvas and get access to material that was there from the week before. The beta instance is normally overwritten on Saturday (at least for us), so new since Saturday isn't there, but but if it's a Monday and it was there on last Friday, I'm can find it. You may be able to recover some of the information from there.
