Can an admin manage a set of classes? Assign instructors & students? Can he restrict students from accessing other topics listed in Common?
Is there a free account for such an Admin?

Hello @vijay1 and welcome to the Community! I am using both a paid and FFT account at this time. In the paid account an admin can manage a set of classes, assign instructors and students and determine what content is available to users through the regular tools available to teachers (publish/unpublish, setting restrictions, etc.). However, from what I can tell, there is no admin rights within a FFT account. If you start a course you are enrolled as a teacher and in this role can add students/teachers, and manage a set of courses you are a part of to the extent that is allowed by a teacher role.
