I am trying to import a course template from the Teacher Appreciation 2018. I follow the directions and then an error message appears when I try to open the file. I have tried the same thing on two PC laptops and the same error message has appeared.
Please help me solve the problem so I can download the template on to my classroom Canvas page.

Hi, @defilippis_s , I'm interpreting that error message as implying that you are trying to download the .imscc file directly to your device—in which case the message is valid; most computers wouldn't have an application associated with that file type. Could you confirm that you're following the instructions in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12783-415241324 to import the .imscc file into a course shell?
