[ARCHIVED] Drop Down Quiz Grading Incorrectly

I am having issues with a quiz grading incorrectly but with no logic or patterns. The quiz uses drop down menu answers and the answers that are marked incorrect seem to vary with each submission, with no rhyme or reason. I have double checked the spelling of the answers and all quiz settings I know to check. Any suggestions?

Happy New Year!  Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for such a long time without a response.  I'm hopeful that, by now, you've been able to find a solution to this issue.  If you are still looking for some help with this, would you be able to share a screenshot or two of what this particular question looks like?  It's a bit hard to diagnose this without seeing a visual.  (Make sure to hide any student names in your screenshots.)  And, if you could provide any additional details that you think would help, too.  Thanks, and looking forward to hearing back from you soon!
