[ARCHIVED] Easy canvas not loading on windows, does not connect to ipad pro_

Hi I can´t make it work, it does not open on my laptop I don't know what is the issue I have uninstalled it and installed it several times already. Please help I need this app to work on my photos easy canvas light was trying it out and even sold my wacom tablet.

I'm sorry that your Easy Canvas app isn't working, but I am not sure we can offer help. https://www.easycanvasprints.com/ has a phone number listed at the top of their website. Would that be a place to start as you seek support? Does the app have a help button you could use?

Alternatively, have you tried to open the question mark from the top right corner? This opened EasynLight for me, an EasyCanvas FAQ. On my iPad, it took a few moments to load in Chrome, but it did open. I also see a nice Support button near the top of the page.
