Where are editing tools for grading submissions?

Hello there,  @msmith36  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Based upon your question, I think you are looking for the tools to annotate a student submission in the SpeedGrader of your course.  Please check out this Guide for more information: How do I add annotated comments in student submissions using DocViewer in SpeedGrader?  Let us know if you have any other questions about this...thanks Michael.
