[ARCHIVED] Embed Closed Captions

I uploaded a video from WeVideo to the Canvas studio. I added closed captions, but when I share the video, the captions are missing? How do I ensure the closed captions are attached/embedded into the video? Thanks!

Angela,

Are you sure they are missing?  When viewing a video with captions a user does need to click the CC button to enable them to be displayed.  Another possibility is that the captions were not published.  If you have Studio generate the captions they need to be reviewed and published before they will be available to viewers.  If you are the owner of the video check the Captions section below it to see if there is a button for you to review them.
