[ARCHIVED] Embed a file into a discussion board

I am a student and I am trying to embed files into the discussion board, not attach a file.  When I click on files in setting and try to upload, I get a message stating error 400.  Can I please have assistance with this?  Is there a phone number where I can talk to someone?
