[ARCHIVED] Embedding a document on a page

Hello 

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've posed this question a few times and have not had any luck.

When a document is embedding into a page, there's a bar that goes across the top of the page when viewing the article.

Is there a way to remove that bar so that the article looks a bit more organic?

Hey Natasha,

PDF documents that are linked on Pages will have this grey bar at the top and box around the file, as a way for students to preview the file full screen, zoom in/out, scroll, etc.

If this PDF is a one-pager, you could take a screenshot of the page and insert it onto your Page as an image as a workaround.  If it's a multi-page document, you may want to explore this article:  https://community.canvaslms.com/groups/designers/blog/2015/04/23/using-google-docs-for-dynamic-canva...
