[ARCHIVED] Entering Student's Bio as an Instructor

I am wondering if there is any way an instructor can access the biography section of the student's profile.  My student is not able to get to it since she only has a phone and no wifi.  However, she sent it to me.  Can I upload the information to her profile page?  So, like in other programs one could log in as if they were the student?  Thanks.  Any help on this would be appreciated as tech support seems to be inundated at the moment.

Hi,  @ehayden2  Welcome to the Canvas Community! An instructor cannot perform actions on behalf of a student. However, your local Canvas admin can, so please ask them for assistance. I found a page on the school's website that might get you closer to a solution: elearning Center | Alamo Colleges
