[ARCHIVED] Error Respondus 4 campus-wide Batch Publish to multiple courses

When we are using Respondus 4 campus-wide to publish quizzes using Batch Publish to multiple courses, we got an error in some courses, publishing to a single course works fine, but in batch mode, quizzes are published in some courses but not in all, in the log we got this error on that courses:

Error status: Item type incompatible with selection state

Server status: (none)

Respondus support says that Respondus works fine, they say that is on Canvas side,  Somebody has seen this error?
