[ARCHIVED] Error accessing grades for certain courses

Hi all,
Ever since the most recent 6.9.5 update on iOS, there has been an error loading grades for certain courses for me. The error message says “there was an error loading grades. Pull to refresh and try again.”
I’ve tried few different things but they were not helpful at all:
- Logging out and in
- Deleting cache
- Restarting phone
- Reinstalling app
If anyone has any idea please share your solution, thanks.

I haven't heard of this issue, but version 6.9.5 is very new. Since this started with 6.9.5 it's possible it could be an issue with that update. I would suggest you contact your local tech support so they can diagnose and create a Canvas Support ticket. I would also suggest you "Report a Problem" under the Help menu in the app. This will create a ticket and share some device information that might be helpful to solve this issue. Thanks.
