i have uploaded a file into a module for my students but for some reason when they try to access the file they get an area message that says "unauthorized" What am I doing wrong? How can I make it accessible for my students?
Hi @andrea_matthews and welcome to the Community! You might review this document which speaks about how files can be restricted, How do I set usage rights and user access for a course file?. It could be that somehow a setting is in place that is preventing the students from accessing the file. Do you see anything in the file usage rights and user access details that could explain what is going on?
