[ARCHIVED] Evaluating Multiple Instructors in Course

I am the director of a police academy and we are using Canvas heavily.  I need to evaluate instructors in the academy and believed using an "ungraded survey" would be best.

I am having trouble creating multiple surveys/evaluations.  If I copy the survey/evaluation I created and rename it to accommodate multiple instructors, it renames all the surveys/evaluations.

I know it's a little difficult to explain in this format, but I really don't know how else to evaluate multiple instructors.  None of these instructors have access to Canvas.  They come in from outside agencies or organizations to teach.
