[ARCHIVED] Exam Questions do not appear

I pressed "start" exam and then none of the questions appeared. Just a blank page with the timer on the side and the "submit quiz" button on the bottom.

Is this old quizzing or new quizzing? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see as the student, and another what you see as far as your questions/settings are concerned as a teacher or admin role?
