When making an exam on canvas, how do you format a select all that apply question so that students do not end up with partial credit?

Thank you for your response. We just finished an exam that was created in that manner (multiple answers) and students received partial credit. I tried to create a quiz using multiple choice as the option-but you can only select one correct answer. So, I am thinking multiple answer is the only option for a select all that apply question. Let me know if there is any other trick.
