[ARCHIVED] Extra fill in the blank option on quiz

Hello. I'm writing a quiz with 8 fill in the blanks (using "multiple fill in the blanks"). I decided to use a table to keep my work organized. In the answers, I notice an extra "3" occurring that requires a correct answer, but I can't see it anywhere in my question. I keep looking for a [3] but don't see one.

Any thoughts on what's going on here? I have already asked my school's tech person, and he couldn't figure it out. When I copy and paste the question to create a new question, it happens again. Thank you!
