When I email a student via the People link in Navigation, how can I see the message again? I've used this feature a few times, but it seems unstable (sometimes deletes or sends the message before I'm ready, especially if I try to copy/paste any information). Sometimes I can't tell when the message has been sent. Can anyone guide me? Thank you!

Hi @janeretro ...
Those messages should be in your "Sent" folder of the Canvas Inbox. Check out the "View Sent Messages" section in this Guide: How do I filter conversations as an instructor?. Also, please refer to the comments I left for this person on the "e-mail" terminology: sending Emails to my students.
I hope this will be helpful to you, Jane. Please let Community members know if you have any questions about this...thanks!

Hi, Chris,
Many thanks for your help! You responded to my question about where to look for messages sent to students from "People" in Canvas. Your clear explanation helped me find what I needed, and I appreciate it.
Take care,
Jane
