I am grading a quiz and I noticed a large percentage of students got 1 question wrong. I want to give everyone credit and I want to do it without having to go through each quiz and do it manually. Is there a way for me to select a question and give everyone credit all at once?
Hi @mmantei Welcometo the Canvas Community! You have come to the right place and there is definitely a way to do this. Check out https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13064-4152139337 and let me know if you have any questions.
This solution "only works with specific quiz question types and only applies to students who have already taken the quiz." I had a recent quiz with an error in it. Quiz regarded doesn't work for calculated or numeric questions and it doesn't work for questions used in question groups.
Wondering if anyone has found a more robust way to credit students in these situations.
I just did this for a True/False question. The correct answer was true but I'd written the question incorrectly, so I had to change it to False and then back to True to have the option to regrade the question.
